Each of us has experienced the freedom of an open heart: compassion, empathy, acceptance, wisdom and peace. Although an open heart is our natural state, we find that at times we close our hearts
to our bodies.
Many people focus on weight loss diets believing losing weight will increase their self esteem. By focusing on our bodies' shape and size we lose contact with our spirit. Using Webster's
dictionary's definition of diet as things regularly offered, we will explore the seven paths of the Self-Love Diet, regularly offering love to ourselves.
Join us as we discover and share the intricacies of what supports and prevents us from opening our hearts and loving our bodies. We will practice non-judgment and acceptance of ourselves and
others, drawing from SoulCollage®, psychodrama, expressive arts, mindfulness and the Self-Love Diet. We will find love along the way, thus contributing to a more peaceful world.
Who should attend? This workshop is for you if are on a personal journey of healing and recovery which includes loving your body and for professionals who want to acquire
new tools while exploring their relationship to their bodies.
