Site (upper level) of the to-be-constructed Zerka Moreno Theatre for Psychodrama
The Vision
MORENO Center for PSYCHODRAMA & EXPRESSIVE ARTS is being established to serve as a site for both training and therapeutic programs in psychodrama and expressive arts therapy in combination with yoga and other types of body work, and as a reflection of the cultural and spiritual awareness of its community in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia.
The space, once created (especially the Zerka Moreno Theatre for Psychodrama), may also be utilized for other arts and cultural activities that support its values.
Rental fees will help provide income to foster its primary programs.
The residential spaces will be used to provide low-cost housing for residential programs and will continue to be used as a tourist, home-stay/hostel environment (when
available), also to provide income for the Center's programs.
The two residential facilities are:
Florence Cottage - This is the smaller of two buildings. It has one bedroom on the ground floor and one above, each with en-suite bathroom. There are also a kitchen and
dining area on the first floor. The cottage is generally rented as a house, although the rooms could be rented separately.

J.L. Lodge (see final photo) is the larger building. It has four individual bedrooms (two on the ground floor and two above), each with its own en-suite bathroom. There are common spaces on both floors. Rooms in the lodge may be rented individually with occupants sharing the common spaces.
The Programs
Programs will be offered both for Balinese and other Indonesian youth, other target groups, and therapists-in-training as well as for tamus (literally "guests," i.e.,
ex-pats, tourists, etc.) Fees charged for tamus will help underwrite the cost of programs to be offered for Balinese and other Indonesian participants at low- or no-cost.
The development of the Center will be under the leadership of a small group of Partners, a relationship yet to be defined and composed of individuals yet to be identified. Mario Cossa, MA, RDT/MT, TEP, is the prime mover of the project at this time.
It is the intention of the Center to create Internship Opportunities for graduates of the near-by Campuhuan College Program, a post-high school, intensive year of study
for Balinese youth. These interns would serve as daily operations staff for the Center.

Funding Sources
Two external funding sources are being considered at this time:
You may support the development of the MORENO Center for PSYCHODRAMA & EXPRESSIVE ARTS by purchasing a "Pre-Paid Certificate" that can be used through December,
2016, to pay for retreat tuition, on-site accommodations (at any time of year) and psychodrama supervision at 2014's prices.
On-line contributions soon to be accepted from organizations and individuals interested in supporting the Center's service mission for Balinese youth.
