Each of us has inner wisdom. Yet, there are times when that wisdom seems so distant and out of reach. We find ourselves reacting from repetitive, unskillful
patterns when we know better. How do we access inner wisdom? What skills can we draw upon and develop to bring it forth? Are there spiritual practices that can help us?
In a safe and supportive group we will access our deepest knowing and practice applying wisdom to our everyday interactions. We will use psychodrama, expressive arts and guided imagery to accomplish these goals.
Professional Program Goal:
Participants will learn new tools to help clients access wise support and experience the power of role reversal.
Learning Objectives:
