Each of us have goals and visions, changes we want to make. In this evening, we will share our visions
experientially, identify what supports us on our journey and what we might need to let go of to allow the vision to emerge.
Join us and enjoy a safe, stimulating and confidential evening. Together we will take the next steps towards
creating new and life affirming narratives through the healing power of the expressive arts and applied creativity.
What is Psychodrama? Psychodrama is an experiential method of exploring our private and
public worlds in a multi-dimensional, creative way. It helps people safely express unexpressed feelings, develop insight through action and practice new desired ways of being. Psychodrama encounters
people where they are in the present. Through the emphasis on creativity and spontaneity, people experience a deeper connection and appreciation of themselves and others. Psychodrama can be used with
groups, couples or individuals.
What are Tasters? Tasters are open sessions designed to provide the opportunity to experience
psychodrama. They are instructional, experiential and welcoming.
Who should attend? All experience levels are welcome. No acting skills needed and
participation is at your level of comfort.
