This workshop can stand alone and teaches the intricacies of Interpersonal Neurobiology of Trauma through easy action learning of the brain. Participants will learn
the brain in action and the Body Double showing its efficacy for work with the dissociation found in PTSD, Eating Disorders and other difficult psychological problems. You will also have a chance to
do personal protagonist work or to practice the roles of being an auxiliary. This workshop is for people that are brand-new to Psychodrama as well as more advanced people even trainers. You get a
chance to learn classical Psychodrama and also understanding its important application to trauma clients.

Kate Hudgins, Ph.D., TEP is an American Board Certified Trainer, Educator, and Practitioner of Psychodrama, Sociometry and Group Psychotherapy with
a Ph.D., in Clinical Psychology. She developed the Therapeutic Spiral Model to treat PTSD and has an International Certification Program in Trauma Therapy that is recognized in over 20
countries. She is a published author of 4 books on action methods with trauma and has worked in over 25 countries teaching experiential psychotherapy with both individual and collective trauma
for the past 30 years. Dr Hudgins received the Innovator's Award (2001) and the Scholar's Award (2009) from the American Society of Group Psychotherapy and Psychodrama and is a well known
international presenter and keynote speaker around the world. She provides training, Skype consultations, individual trauma teams and clinical supervision and can be reached via her website

Sylvia Israel, LMFT, TEP, RDT/BCT, licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Board Certified Trainer, Educator and Practitioner of Psychodrama and
Registered Drama Therapist/Board Certified Trainer, teaches at CIIS and Kansas State University. She is a Certified Team Leader in the Therapeutic Spiral Model and has taught PTSD and Action Methods
at various graduate programs. Sylvia is co-founder of Bay Area Moreno Institute, IMAGINE! Center for Creativity & Healing, and Bay Area Playback Theatre. She has led workshops nationally and
internationally on a variety of topics including:Steps to Forgiveness, The Deep Psychology of Money, and Loving-Kindness (Metta) in Action which she presented at Spirit Rock Meditation Center. Sylvia
is Past-President of the Northern California Chapter of the National Association of Drama Therapy. Her passion is finding the doorway to awaken spontaneity, which allows us to live creatively in the
present. Sylvia maintains a private practice in Marin and San Francisco working with individuals, couples, and groups.
