Empowerment Through Personal Stories

A Performance Workshop

  • Do you desire to feel wildly self-expressed?
  • Want to experience the transformative power of personal storytelling?
  • Are you interested in cultivating more self-compassion?
  • Would you like to discover the gifts of the shadow?

JOIN US FOR THIS UNIQUE PERSONAL STORIES WORKSHOP!

Through writing, drama, movement, art and play, each participant will create and perform an original theater piece based on their life experience. Emphasis will be placed on choosing a story that will take you to a growing edge while cultivating deep courage and self-compassion. Attention will be given to both the aesthetic and therapeutic aspects of storytelling. The workshop will culminate in a performance for an invited audience.

If you are a professional, this workshop will also assist you in helping clients find stories of empowerment in their own lives.
