In psychodrama we say that there is no such thing as resistance, rather resistance is the result of an inadequate warm-up. Warming up initiates spontaneity and spontaneity, in turn, shortens the period of warming up. In this workshop we will learn proven warm-ups, spontaneous warm-ups, and ways to elicit the central concerns of the group.
